Projects

The first important residential projects were launched in Bucharest in 2005. After a long period under the Communist regime, the city was rendered ugly by many gray, unfriendly looking buildings. Since that time, the demand for new apartments that met modern standards and prettier designs has constantly grown in Bucharest.

The sale in advance of undergoing projects is a positive sign, indicating that the market is far from saturated.
The Romanian residential market today is very attractive for investors due to the constant rise of selling prices, for residences of all kinds. Investments are estimated to grow even more with Romania joining the E.U. on January 2007, and due to the constant economic output growth.

The Euromall Approach
In all of our projects, we are aware of the vital role we must play in the development of the local communities. We know that the future belongs to those companies that don't cut short on amenities, aesthetics and overall quality. We always try to pay attention to what the community needs, as we don't believe in damaging the environment, but rather in preserving and enriching the local values.
